In order for a Creditor to make an informed decision, whether as to proceed with legal action against a Debtor and which route to follow, it is important that the Creditor is aware of the following criteria of the Debtor.

Before proceeding with fruitless Legal Action, and incurring irrecoverable legal costs -
Allow US to furnish you with a detailed Financial Report in respect of the Debtor.

This in turn will enable you to make a concise decision, whether to institute Legal Action against the Debtor as well as which manner would be more appropriate when issuing summons, or applying for the Debtors Sequestration or Liquidation. It will also assist in making the alternative decision to cut losses and or write the debt off.

We submit this Financial Report in Affidavit form along with references, to assure validity of the information contained therein.

R100.00 per hour, plus expenses.
